Foreign Minister offers condolences on death of singer Lata Mangeshkar

Muscat: Oman's Foreign Minister has expressed his sincere condolences in a message to the Indian people shared on Twitter, on the death of the legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar.

His Excellency Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister said: "Our deepest condolences to our friends in India upon the loss of the legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar and to all the millions of fans who were inspired and touched by her magical voice. Her legacy will shine brightly in the hearts of millions around the world."
