Company seized for working without permit in Oman

Muscat: A company has been seized for shoveling and transporting backfill materials without a permit in Dhofar Governorate, the Environment Authority said.

"The  Directorate General of Environment in the Governorate of Dhofar seized a company in Wadi Naar, for shoveling and transporting backfill materials without a permit. A seizure report has been issued against the company," the Authority said in a statement.

The authority calls on everyone to adhere to and abide by environmental laws to avoid legal accountability.
