Oman issues statement on Ukraine, expresses concern

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman has expressed its concern over the repercussions of the Ukrainian crisis.

"A diplomatic spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry affirmed the Sultanate of Oman's concern over the developments surrounding the Ukrainian crisis and the repercussions of escalation in that region. Oman calls on all countries and the international community to exert further diplomatic efforts to overcome this crisis in accordance with the principles of international law and human values," the Ministry of Foreign said in a statement.
