UAE announces interception of two ballistic missiles

Muscat: The UAE Ministry of Defence announced on Monday that its air defences intercepted and destroyed two ballistic missiles launched by the Houthi group towards the UAE, and that the attack did not result in any losses.

The Emirates News Agency (WAM) said: "The Ministry of Defence announces the interception and destruction by its air defences, of two ballistic missiles launched by the terrorist Houthi group towards the country today and confirms that the attack did not result in any casualties, as the remnants of the intercepted and destroyed ballistic missiles fell in separate areas around the emirate of Abu Dhabi."

"The Ministry of Defence confirms that it is ready and ready to deal with any threats and that it is taking all necessary measures to protect the state from all attacks."
