Muscat: In the first match of the the Legends League Cricket played between Indian Maharaja and Asia Lions at the picturesque Amerat Stadium on Thursday, Mohammad Kaif led the Indian side to victory over Misbah-ul-Haq led Asian side.
The Asian Lions feature a mix of Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan players. The Indian side won by 6 wickets with Yusuf Pathan and Mohammad Kaif putting together a match-winning partnership.
Yusuf Pathan was at his ruthless best, smashing 80 of just 40 deliveries in the opening game of the Legends League Cricket.
