Tax Authority urges taxpayers to submit returns

Muscat: The Tax Authority has urged taxpayers to submit tax returns and pay the tax on time to avoid administrative penalties.

A statement issued online by Tax Authority said: "The Tax Authority warns that all taxpayers must abide by the registration procedures, update the required data, submit tax returns, and pay the tax on time, in order to avoid administrative penalties and legal issues in accordance with tax laws."
