Drug smuggling operation busted in Oman

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has seized 31 kilograms of crystal and 30 kilograms of Hashish drugs found with two foreigners in North Al Batinah Governorate.

"The Directorate General for Combating Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, commanded by the North Al Batinah Governorate Police, arrested two foreign nationals on charges of possessing narcotic substances with the intention of trafficking and using them. ROP seized 31 kilograms of crystal and 30 kilograms of Hashish  from their possession. The legal procedures are being completed against them,” ROP said in a statement.
