Rough sea expected in Oman

Muscat: Oman Meteorology has warned people of a rise in the level of the sea waves on the coasts of Oman Sea, for Friday, January 7, 2022.

A statement issued online by Oman Meteorology said: "The sea will continue to be rough with waves on the coasts of the Sea of Oman reaching 3.0 metres, and average waves on the coasts of Musandam Governorate and the Arabian Sea reaching two metres on Friday, coinciding with the blowing of northerly to northeasterly moderate to active wind."
