The Royal directives require the respective governors to present annual executive plans to the departments concerned about ways to expend the sums.

His Majesty the Sultan also tasked the governors with the responsibility of following up the execution of social and service projects in their respective governorates.

Then, His Majesty the Sultan issued directives to provide appropriate financial support to Omani Women’s Associations and to public and private rehabilitation centres catering to people with disabilities, in all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman, so that these organisations could better perform the significant roles in serving society and developing its potentials.

The meeting was attended by His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, His Highness Sayyid Belarab bin Haitham Al Said, Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi, Minister of Interior, Sultan bin Salim Al Habsi, Minister of Finance, Dr. Hamad bin Said Al Aufi, Head of the Private Office, Sheikh Hilal bin Said Al Hajri, Governor of A’Dakhiliyah, Sheikh Me'athad bin Mohammed Al Yaaqoubi, Governor of Al Wusta, and walis of the governorates of Al Dakhiliyah and Al Wusta.
