Muscat: Tenders worth more than 66 million for a number of separate projects have been awarded by the Tender Board.
The Tender Board held its sixth meeting of the year under the chair of Dr. Rasheed bin Al Safi Al Huraibi, Chairman of the Tender Board and awarded OMR66,225,332 worth tenders for the following projects:
Supply of medicines for the different health institutions of the Ministry of Health (OMR19,578,147).
Supply of technicians for the operation and maintenance of equipment at Khoulah Hospital in the Governorate of Muscat for the Ministry of Health (OMR546,473).
Enter into agreement for the production of a TV competition programme for the Public Authority for Radio and TV (OMR150,000).
Extending the employment contracts for the teaching staff at the different colleges of technologies under the Ministry of Manpower (OMR35,990,760).
Additional work for the supply of lab and blood transfusion stuffs for the Ministry of Health for 2016 (OMR5,087,683).
Additional works for the maintenance and repair of the floating dock at the Wilayat of Muttrah in the Governorate of Muscat, the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries (OMR832,720).
Additional works for the transport of 1000 cubic meter -2500 cubic meters of potable water from Izz water tanker filling stations in the Wilayat of Manah to Al Masifa, Al Yemen, Al Alam and Maghyouth villages at the Wilayat of Izki- the Public Authority for Electricity and Water (OMR807,840).
