University of Technology and Applied Sciences approved 60 training programmes

Muscat: Sixty training programmes have been approved at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Sohar.

Oman News Agency (ONA) said in a statement: "The University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Sohar approves 60 training programmes in the field of initiatives, programmes and events that target the local community, its individuals and institutions."

Dr Naktel bin Yahya Al Kharusi, Head of the General Requirements Department and Head of the Community Service and Continuing learning Committee, explained that the programme this year includes a series of training workshops through direct education and visual communication, in addition to organising field visits to a number of educational institutions.
