His Majesty the Sultan sends condolences to President of the Philippines

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to President Rodrigo Duterte of the Philippines on the victims of Typhoon Rai, which hit a number of cities in central and southern parts of the Philippines.

In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his condolences and sympathy to the president, the bereaved families and the people of the Philippines, wishing the injured persons speedy recovery.
