Muscat: The Ministry of Health announced that the period between the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and the booster dose will be limited to three months instead of six, with effect from Tuesday 21 December 2021.
The Ministry urges people to take the booster dose for their safety. It also stresses the importance of adhering to preventive measures such as wearing face masks, observing physical distancing, avoiding crowded areas and maintaining hand sanitization.
