Covid-19: Over 32,000 receive third dose of vaccine in Oman

Muscat: Over 32,000 people have been injected with the third dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, amounting to 1 per cent of the target group. The total number of doses of the vaccine given is more than 6 million, according to data released by the Ministry of Health.

The Ministry of Health said in a statement: “More than 32,000 people have received the third dose of Covid19 vaccines, at a rate of 1 per cent, and the percentage of those vaccinated with one dose reached 93 per cent of the total targeted and  those with two doses 86 per cent, while the total doses given in the Sultanate of Oman reached more than 6.42 million doses.”
