Expired pesticides seized in Oman

Muscat: The Ministry of Agricultural, Fisheries and Water Resources in North Al Batinah Governorate has seized expired pesticide containers in an agricultural warehouse in North Al Batinah Governorate.

According to the Ministry, the Judicial Control Officers in the Control Department were able to seize expired pesticide containers in an agricultural warehouse in the Wilayat of Al Khaboura. The danger lies in expired pesticide containers because of its negative effects on humans and crops.
