Muscat: India’s Ministry of Civil Aviation has discontinued the exemption form at the Air Suvidha website from Saturday.

That means if you are travelling to India, you need to fill up the self-declaration form at Air Suvidha website otherwise you will be denied boarding in the flight. “All International arriving passengers are required to fill the self-reporting form as mandated by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

Earlier there was an exemption form which pregnant women, death in the family, serious illness people can avail. “But now everyone needs to fill these forms,” the official explained.

Air Suvidha is an online system for international passengers to submit mandatory self-reporting form to declare their current health status. This form is mandatory and should be filled anytime before boarding,” an official said.
