Oman's housing ministry launches app related to electronic databases

Muscat: Mawrid (the Human Resources Information Management System) was launched on Monday under the auspices of Sheikh Saif bin Mohammed Al Shabibi, Minister of Housing.
Dr. Nasser bin Khamis Al Siyabi, Assistant Director General for Administrative and Financial Affairs, head of Mawrid team said that the new system is one of the applications related to electronic databases aimed to regulate and develop the work between the human resources department and other departments of the Ministry of Housing.
The new system merges all records and software and provides smooth transactions and saves time and efforts.
Director General for Statistics and Information at the Ministry of Civil Service Numan Mohammed Al Mantheri gave a video presentation of the system specifying the government departments which have applied for the system.
