Omani students in Russia to attend classes upon receiving return visas

Muscat: Omani students studying in Russia will be allowed to study at Russian universities regularly once they receive return visas to the country, said the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.

In a statement, the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation said that it would like to inform all Omani students studying in the Russian Federation of the Russian government’s decision to allow all students to return to study in Russian universities to continue their studies regularly once they receive return visas to Russia.

Therefore, students can communicate with their educational institutions to coordinate the mechanism of their return, continue their studies, and submit their tests remotely until the issuance of return visas.
