House used for illegal business raided by Muscat Municipality

Muscat: A residential property, being used to run a blacksmith's workshop and a gold ornament manufacturing facility, was raided by Muscat Municipality on Sunday.

The house is located in Muttrah and was being used as a headquarters for conducting commercial activities without obtaining a license, and so was in violation of the regulations for the uses of residential buildings in Muscat governorate.
