Muscat: Running enthusiasts have been invited to participate in the Oman Desert Marathon in celebration of National Day.
Oman Desert Marathon said in an announcement: "We are pleased to announce the Oman Desert Marathon in a mini version on November 20, 2021, coinciding with the Sultanate's celebrations of the 51st Glorious National Day."
"Dear participants, please register as tickets are free. Thank you to our sponsors," it added.
The marathon will include four categories:
Marathon for 21 km
Rustic racing for a distance of 10 km
Family racing for 5 km
Children racing for 2km
