Muscat: The Oman Youth Ship has left Kuwait and is heading to Saudi Arabia on its second cruise. It will visit a number of Gulf countries.
The Ministry of Defence said: "The ship of Royal Navy of Oman (Shabab Oman II) is on its voyage (Oman, a renewed approach). It is now sailing from the port of Al-Shuwaikh in the State of Kuwait and heading to the port of King Abdulaziz in Dammam.
His Excellency Dr Saleh Al Kharousi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the State of Kuwait, and Brigadier General Hussein Al Ajmi, Director of Administration and Manpower in the Kuwaiti Navy, were bid farewell upon its departure from the port of Shuwaikh in the State of Kuwait.
