10 expats to be deported from Oman

Muscat: Ten expatriate workers, found to be in violation of fishing laws in the Sultanate of Oman will be deported.

“Today, 10 expatriate workers were prepared by the joint inspection team in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, for their deportation outside the country.  The workers were arrested earlier for violations related to the Living Aquatic Wealth Law,” the General Directorate of Agricultural, Fisheries Wealth and Water Resources in Al Wusta Governorate said.
