Two women arrested for fraud in Oman

Muscat: Two expat women have been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP), on charges of defrauding people.

A statement issued online by ROP said: "Muscat Governorate Police Command, in cooperation with the Special Tasks Police, arrested two expatriate women who lured people, tempted them into displaying indecent photos through social media applications, and lured them to defraud them, rob them and blackmail them later. The legal measures are being taken against them."
