Muscat: Indian School Muscat (ISM) defeated Pakistan School Muscat (PSM) by four wickets to emerge the champions of the Under-16 Division tournament at Municipality Ground I on Saturday.
In the final of the Al Turki Enterprises-sponsored tournament, PSM batting first, were bowled out for 126 in 20 overs. Ubaid top scored with 40 runs. Vikram and Vrishabh claimed three and two wickets respectively for ISM.
In reply, ISM scored 129 for six in 20 overs. Paritosh and Vikram scorerd 23 and 21 runs respectively. Manzoor ad Usama claimed two wickets each for PSM.
PSM 126 in 20 overs (Ubaid 40; Vikram 3/14) lost to ISM 129 for 6 of 20 overs (Paritosh 23, Vikram 21; Usama 2/25).
ISM B down PSM
In a U-13 Division match, Indian School Muscat B (ISM B) defeated Pakistan School Muscat (PSM) by 43 runs at the Municipality Ground III during the afternoon session on Friday.
Batting first, ISM B scored 200 for four of 20 overs. Zaheer top scored with 71. In reply, PSM scored 157 for seven in 18 overs. Ahmed top scored with 42. Viraj claimed three scalps for ISM B.

ISWK beat MCCC A
In another U-13 Division match, Indian School Al Wadi Al Kabir (ISWK) posted an easy nine-wicket victory over Muscat Cricket Coaching Centre A (MCCC A).
Batting first, MCCC A scored 86 for seven in 20 overs. Arjun Dhiman top scored with 22 runs. In reply, ISWK raced to 89 for one in 6.3 overs. Aman Preet top scored with an unbeaten 41 for ISWK.

GCC too good for BOC
In another U-13 Division match, Gulf Cricket Centre (GCC) eased to an eight-wicket victory over Bosher Olympic Centre (BOC) at the Municipality Ground III.
Batting first, BOC scored 190 for three in 20 overs. K.K. Rajan and Shreyas R. scored with 40 and 45 not out respectively. Shounak claimed two wickets for GCC.
In reply, GCC scored 191 for two in 19.2 overs. Rayyan scored a fantastic unbeaten 135.

Meanwhile, ISM A defeated MCCC C by nine wickets in another U-13 Ddivision match.
Batting first, MCCC C scored 106 for five in 20 overs. Aayan Khan claimed four wickets for ISM A. In reply, ISM A scored 107 for one in 9.4 overs. Azam Ali top scored with an unbeaten 59.
