Here's when we can expect the holiday for the Prophet's birthday

Muscat: Holiday for the Prophet’s birthday will be on Tuesday, 12 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1443, corresponding to October 19, 2021, according to Royal Decree No. 56/2020.

The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs announced yesterday that the sighting of the crescent of the month of Rabi’ al-Awwal for the year 1443 AH has not been confirmed.

It added, "Today, Thursday, will be the completion of the month of Safar, provided that the first of the month of Rabi’ al-Awwal for the year 1443 AH will be tomorrow, Friday, corresponding to October 8, 2021."
