Muscat: The National Committee for Emergency Management (NCEM) has recorded 7 new deaths in North Al Batinah Governorate.
“7 new deaths were recorded alongwith reports of missing cases as a result of the tropical condition Shaheen in North Al Batinah Governorate,” NCEM said in a statement.
