Supreme Committee decides to allow mass attendance to support the national football team in their match against Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the second round of the final Asian qualifiers for the World Cup - Qatar 2022.

Muscat: Supreme Committee decides to allow mass attendance to support the national football team in their match against Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the second round of the final Asian qualifiers for the World Cup - Qatar 2022. Complete vaccination of COVID-19 mandatory.

Tickets will be available for purchase through the TM Done application from 6 pm, Friday, September 3, 2021.

In a statement, the Oman Football Association said: “Based on the decisions of the Supreme Committee and in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, the efforts of the Board of Directors of the Oman Football Association culminated in the approval of the concerned authorities to attend. The crowd to support our first national football team against the Saudi team in the second round of the final Asian qualifiers for the World Cup - Qatar 2022."

According to the statement, the public attendance will be 30 per cent of the capacity of the main stadium of the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Bausher.

The Federation indicated that in order to facilitate the loyal Red team fans, tickets for entering the match will be presented electronically via the Tm Done website, and the public can choose the exact location within the stadium sections. A gate will be allocated to each runway in conjunction with the application of all precautionary measures, provided that tickets will be available through the TM Done app at 6 pm on Friday, September 3, 2021.

The entry mechanism will also be subject to checking the bar code on the ticket and presenting it along with an ID card and the immunisation certificate proving that complete vaccination of COVId-19 has been received.
