Oman's football team gets hero's welcome

Muscat: Oman Airports received the national football team with the traditional water salute after its victory over Japan at the opening clash in the final round of Asia's World Cup preliminaries for Qatar 2022.

Oman Airports said in a tweet: "Muscat International Airport welcomed the heroes of the homeland, our first national football team, with the traditional water salute, in appreciation of their historic victory over Japan. We wish all the best to the national team."
