Oman, Saudi Arabia explore prospects for trade cooperation

Muscat: Qais Mohammed Al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion met at Oman Convention and Exhibition Center on Monday with Eng. Khalid Abdulaziz Al-Falih, Minister of Investment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

The two sides explored prospects for trade cooperation and promising investment opportunities in various economic fields.

They also discussed joint efforts to meet the priorities of the Sultanate and the KSA.

They also reviewed fields of cooperation in the trade and industry sectors between the two countries, in addition to matters of common interest and ways to boost them.

Also, Dr Saud Hamoud Al Habsi, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources, met with Eng. Khalid Abdulaziz Al-Falih, Minister of Investment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

The two sides explored areas of cooperation related to food security sectors, investment opportunities between Oman and the KSA, as well as ways to overcome all obstacles to expand cooperation in various economic, commercial and investment spheres.
