Muscat: Only people who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 will be allowed to enter Oman’s airports, in keeping with the decisions of the Supreme Committee.
The decision holds good for passengers travelling through the airports, as well as all other related individuals.
“We would like to report that access to Oman’s airports will be restricted to only vaccinated personnel,” said Oman Airports in a statement. “This decision shall be effective from Wednesday, September 1, 2021, and will include all Oman Airports users and strategic stakeholders.”
All those using Oman’s airports should follow the required COVID-19 guidance, and show upon arrival to the premises their vaccination certificates made available on the Tarassud+ app.
“We appreciate your understanding, may the Almighty protect you and keep you safe,” added the company.
