This Oman governorate begins COVID-19 vaccination for expats

Muscat: The Ministry of Health (MOH) has begun to vaccinate expats aged 18 and above in Al Dhahirah Governorate from Sunday.

"We would like to inform you that the COVID-19 vaccination campaign for expatriates in Al Dhahirah Governorate has started on Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 8:00 am and will continue till 1:30 pm," said the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) in Al Dhahirah Governorate.

"In the first phase, we will target the following categories:
1- Barbers
2- Beauty salon staff
 3- House helps
4- Labourers working in farms."

"Other target labour categories will be scheduled in the coming days. We request everybody to make an appointment through the link: https://t.co/DVw1FDj5v5?amp=1, and to bring along a residential card," the statement added.
