Oman Cement Company implements SAP S/4 HANA & SuccessFactors

Muscat: Eng. Salim Al Hajri, CEO of Oman Cement Company kick-started the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors on August 1, 2021.

“The SAP S/4 HANA shift is expected to make smarter, faster decisions with capabilities that utilise Artificial Intelligence and next-gen best practices for core business processes in finance, human resources, sourcing and procurement, manufacturing, sales, engineering, services, and supply chain, among others," Al Hajri stated.

“OCC looking to adopt the best practices and features of the solution as a comprehensive, seamlessly integrated system with very low customisation, to cover every single aspect of the core business,” he added.   

OCC, using SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) for the past 10 years chose greenfield implementation of the SAP S/4 HANA intelligent ERP system, along with the SuccessFactors (SF) full suite, cloud-based software for human capital management, inclusive of the SF cloud payroll.  

Indus Novateur, an ISO Certified IT Service company and an authorised SAP gold partner, will be the partner to help the digital transformation process of OCC. The event was attended by executives from Oman Cement and Indus Novateur.
