Health centre succeeds in emergency childbirth

Muscat: The medical team at Muttrah Health Centre on Wednesday saved a mother and her newborn after an emergency delivery outside the premises.

"The medical team was able to safely complete the delivery of the baby and sent the mother and newborn to Khawla Hospital. They are both in good health," the Directorate General of Health Services in Muscat Governorate said in a statement.
