ISM flags incredible success in CBSE Class X board examination

Indian School Muscat resonates triumph as it celebrates cent percent success in Class X CBSE Board Examination for the academic year 2020-21. The school’s vow to stand out incomparable in academics despite the pandemic challenges reverberates in this year’s flawless result. A total of 563 students appeared for the examination and have aced it with magical scores.

Transcending records, Harshita Gulani emerged as the school topper with 98.6%. Equally competent the second topper’s position was earned by Anavadya Naganathan Rajagopal with 98.4% and the third position was proudly claimed by three students, Lakshmi Sathvika Kommisetti, Sana Fatima and Saatwik Murotia with 98.2 %.

The school leads with an average of 85.3%. It is extremely praiseworthy to see that 28 students scored centum, a perfect score of 100, 40.9% students scored above 90% and 34.1% scored above 80%. To crown it the school average in Painting is 93.14%, 92.61% in Sanskrit, 92.43% in Elements of Business, 91.68% in Malayalam, 91.22% in French, 90.85% in Computer Applications, 90.71% in Arabic, 88.5% in Home Science, 88.29% in English Language and Literature, 88.07% in Social Science, 80.62% in Mathematics Standard, 83.37% in Hindi Course B, 79.92% in Science, and 64.07% in Mathematics Basics.

The exuberance of triumph radiates as the number of centum scorers skyrockets to 28. The centum scorers in Mathematics Standard are Harshita Gulani, Anavadya Naganathan Rajagopal, Lakshmi Sathvika Kommisetti, Sana Fatima, Dmello Mark Savio, Jheel Chetan Thanki, Aiswarya S, Noyonika Mukherjee, Nahad Bin Noushad, Joel Bejoy, Sweta Mishra, Nirja Suresh Shanbhag, Dheirav Prakash Sathya Prakash, Shreyas Milind Sherekar, Altamash Hasnain, Sarah Philip and Rohan Omprakash Verma, Further centum holders are - Anavadya Naganathan Rajagopal, Lakshmi Sathvika Kommisetti, Dmello Mark Savio, Jheel Chetan Thanki, Priyadarshini and Aiswarya Sunil in Social Science; Rebecca Magdalene Dsouza, Roshni Rangarajan and Prischa Rajesh Bajeli in French and Harshita Gulani and Saatwik Murotia in Sanskrit.

Another gratified commendation as ISM sees an upsurge in the subject toppers in various subjects. The following students scored the highest in various subjects and bagged the topper’s position in their respective subjects. A score of 100% was secured by Harshita Gulani, Anavadya Naganathan Rajagopal, Lakshmi Sathvika Kommisetti, Sana Fatima, Dmello Mark Savio, Jheel Chetan Thanki, Aiswarya S, Noyonika Mukherjee, Nahad Bin Noushad, Joel Bejoy, Sweta Mishra, Nirja Suresh Shanbhag, Dheirav Prakash Sathya Prakash, Shreyas Milind Sherekar, Altamash Hasnain, Sarah Philip and Rohan Omprakash Verma in Mathematics Standard; Anavadya Naganathan Rajagopal, Lakshmi Sathvika Kommisetti, Dmello Mark Savio, Jheel Chetan Thanki, Priyadarshini, Aiswarya Sunil added to the perfect 100% in Social Science; Rebecca Magdalene Dsouza, Roshni Rangarajan and Prischa Rajesh Bajeli earned 100% in French and Harshita Gulani and Saatwik Murotia with 100 in Sanskrit. Harshita Gulani, Lakshmi Sathvika Kommisetti, Sana Fatima, Saatwik Murotia, Jheel Chetan Thanki, Priyadarshini, Noyonika Mukherjee, Arshpreet Kaur, Nahad Bin Noushad, Shireen Rida Hameed Parappil, Sakina Jainuddin Nihal, Lynelle Wilfred Dsouza, Adheeba Shifna Madala, Santo Davis Komban, Alishba Khalid Khan, Kevin Varghese George and Ann Elza Monica topped with 98% in English. Adding to the topping list-Dmello Mark Savio with 99% in Science; Sana Fatima with 99% in Hindi and Xavier V Salu with 99% in Malayalam; Nahad Bin Noushad and Shireen Rida Hameed Parappil with 95% in Arabic; Swastika Dasgupta, Mariska Anthony Fernandes, Reia Caron Correa, Diya Renjan and Zaid Kasmani with 94% in Painting; Adithya Manikoth, Alagarraja, Swastika Dasgupta, Reia Caron Correa and Zaid Kasmani with 94% in Computer Applications; Zaid Kasmani, Fawaz and Swastika Dasgupta with 94% in Elements of Business; Swastika Dasgupta and Adithya Manikoth with 94% in Home Science and with a top score of 90% Alwin Baiju topped in Basic Mathematics. In addition to these hallmark achievements, 61 students scored A1 grade in all five subjects. 91.5% students scored above 70% marks.
