Iranian President receives Oman's foreign minister

Tehran: President Dr. Ebrahim Raisi of the Islamic Republic of Iran received Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Oman’s Foreign Minister, in Tehran on Wednesday.

During the meeting, Sayyid Badr conveyed greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik to the Iranian President, along with His Majesty’s best wishes of health and wellbeing to him, the Iranian people permanent progress and prosperity, and the relations between the two countries further growth.

On his turn, the Iranian President asked Sayyid Badr to convey his greetings and best wishes of good health and wellbeing to His Majesty the Sultan and the Omani people. He wished the relations between the two countries further progress and prosperity.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Mohammad Javad Zarif, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ibrahim Ahmed al-Ma’aini, Oman’s Ambassador to Iran, the delegation accompanying Sayyid Badr and a number of Iranian officials.
