Health Minister receives Chinese Ambassador

Muscat: His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Saidi, Minister of Health received in his office on Wednesday H.E. Li Lingbing, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China.

The meeting exchanged cordial conversations and reviewed the bilateral cooperation aspects between the two friendly countries in the health field.

The epidemiological situation of COVID-19 and global developments in this regard were addressed during the meeting.

The ambassador praised the Sultanate’s efforts in combating this pandemic, especially with regards to the National Immunisation Campaign against Covid-19.  A number of senior officials attended the meeting.
