Comprising chicken thighs, drumsticks, wings, and breast tenderloins, the 1-by-1 range by A’Saffa is hygienically processed from quality chicken from the company’s farms and then quickly frozen using Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) to ensure that they maintain their freshness. IQF is a freezing method used whereby each piece is individually frozen in a matter of minutes.
This short freezing time helps the product keep its shape, colour, smell and taste even after defrosting; thereby ensuring you enjoy a fresh, tasty, and healthy chicken dish. Moreover, because every piece is individually frozen, you can just defrost and cook the exact quantity you want.
