Thunderstorms to hit some parts of Oman

Muscat: Some governorates of Oman may witness thunderstorms associated with downward winds, Oman Meteorology said on Sunday.

Oman Meteorology said in a statement: "there will be cumulative cloud activity over Al Hajar Mountains with chances of thunderstorms accompanied with active downward winds over parts of Al Buraimi, Al Dhahirah and North Al Batinah Governorates."
