Oman's State Council chairman leaves for Indonesia

Muscat: Assigned by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, Dr. Yahya bin Mahfoudh Al Mantheri, Chairman of the State Council left here on Monday heading to the Republic of Indonesia to lead the Sultanate's delegation in the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) Summit, due to be held in the Indonesian capital, Jakarta.
Dr. Al Mantheri is accompanied by His Highness Sayyid Nizar bin Al Julanda bin Majid Al Said, Sultanate's Ambassador to Indonesia, Sheikh Yahya bin Abdullah bin Salim Al Fanna Al Oraimi, Head of the Economic Affairs Sector at the Foreign Ministry and a number of officials.
Dr. Al Manthri and his accompanying delegation were seen off by Dr. Khalid bin Salim bin Said Al Sa'eedi, Secretary General of the State Council, Honourable Dr. Sheikh Al Khattab bin Ghalib Al Hina'eei, Deputy Chairman of the Council, Honourable Dr. Su'ad bint Mohammed bin Ali Sulaiman Al Lawattiyah, Deputy Chairman of the Council and Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Sultanate.
