His Majesty greets President of Montenegro

Muscat:  His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Milo Dukanovic of the Republic of Montenegro on his country’s National Day.

In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his heartfelt sentiments and best wishes to President Dukanovic and the friendly people of Montenegro.
