COVID-19 in children? These symptoms will require medical intervention

Muscat: The inability of a child to wake up from sleep requires medical intervention for children infected with Covid-19.

The Ministry of Health clarified in a publication that there are specific cases that require medical intervention when a child is infected with Covid-19 disease, including the following symptoms:

- Difficulty breathing and high temperature
-Chest pain
-Colour of the lips and face changing to blue
-Severe abdomen pain
-Persistent diarrhea and/or vomiting
-Inability to wake up
-Insomnia
-Difficulty concentrating
-Sluggishness
