Muscat: The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), has approved on Thursday the operation of SalamAir's weekly flight to Sarajevo Airport in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina from July, 12, 2021.
"Today, the CAA issued its approval to operate SalamAir's one flight per week to Sarajevo Airport in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, starting from July 12, 2021," the CAA said in a statement.
The authority added that this came after it recently held talks in Sarajevo to organise air transport services with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, during which it was agreed on the importance of running a direct air route between the two countries.
