Muscat: Ten commercial establishments in North and South Al Batinah were issued notices and one was closed for not adhering to the precautionary requirements to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
A statement issued online by the Government Communication Center (GCC) said: "North Al Batinah Municipality issued notices to four commercial establishments in the Wilayat of Saham for not complying with the precautionary requirements to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. This is in addition to closing a commercial establishment."
"The Municipality issued notices to three other commercial establishments in the Wilayat of Liwa for not adhering to the precautionary requirements to prevent the spread of Coronavirus," said another statement issued by the GCC.
A statement issued by the GCC continued that two commercial establishments were issued notices in the Wilayats of Al Khaboura and Al Suwaiq in North Al Batinah, one in each Wilayat, for the same reason.
"The Municipality of South Al Batinah issued a notice against a commercial facility in the Wilayat of Rustaq for not complying with the precautionary requirements and measures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus," added another statement by the GCC
