Muscat: The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion announced the suspension of granting permits for promotions and discounts.
"The Ministry announces to all valued investors that the service for requesting promotional offers, discounts and advertising publications has been suspended until further notice," the ministry said.
The ministry also emphasised the need for all commercial and industrial establishments to abide by the decisions issued by the Supreme Committee to limit the spread of COVID-19.
