Vegetable juices for wellness

VITAMIN C JUICE
Ingredients

4 Indian gooseberries, peeled,seeds removed and diced
1 large tomato, peeled and diced
1 carrot, peeled and diced
1 small beetroot, peeled, boiled and chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Blend all of the above with water in a blender.Mix well and drink at room temperature.
(Do not strain)

GREEN GLORY JUICE
Ingredients

1 cup bottle gourd, peeled, chopped and steamed
1/2 cup spinach, blanched
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Blend all of the above in a blender with 1/2 cup water. Do not strain.
Mix well and drink at room temperature or chilled.


MIXED VEGETABLE JUICE
Ingredients

6 stalks celery
1 cucumber- peeled
1/4 cup cabbage-finely chopped
1/4 cup parsley- finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Blend all of the above in a blender with water. Stir well and drink immediately.Do not strain.


KALE AND MINT JUICE

Ingredients
1 cup kale, finely chopped
1/2 cup mint leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Salt and pepper as per taste
Preparation
Blend all of the above in a blender with water. Do not strain, mix well and drink at room temperature or chilled.
