Oman to host Youth Sailing World Championship

Muscat: Oman Sail will be hosting the Youth Sailing World Championship in December 2021.

 "Oman Sail is delighted to announce the latest edition to this year’s sailing events after winning the bid to host the Youth Sailing World Championship presented by Hempel,” Oman Sail said in a statement.

Oman Sail added that the event is expected to attract up to 500 sailors from different countries competing in Oman’s stunning coastline in seven sailing classes from 11–18 December 2021.
     
"The event will be held according to safety protocols that ensure the health and well-being of all participants,” the statement added.
