People above 45 years can take COVID vaccine from Sunday

Muscat: The Directorate General of Health Services in Muscat Governorate has announced new centres for COVID-19 vaccination for people aged 45 years and above.

"The Directorate General of Health Services of Muscat Governorate would like to announce the administration of COVID-19 vaccines for people aged 45 years and above, starting from Sunday, June, 20, 2021 at Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre and Al Sahel Health Centre," the Directorate General of Health Services in Muscat Governorate said in a statement.

According to the Directorate General, the timing of vaccination at Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre will be from Sunday to Thursday and between 8 am to 2 pm and on the weekend from 9 am to 4 pm. At Al Sahel Health Centre the timing  will be from Sunday to Thursday between 8 am to 2 pm.
