Seeb reports highest COVID deaths in last 24 hours
Muscat Governorate recorded the highest number of new cases, while Musandam Governorate recorded the lowest

Muscat: During the last 24 hour, 26 deaths were recorded among COVID-19 patients in Oman.

Muscat Governorate recorded the highest number of new cases, which reached 1,019, while Musandam Governorate recorded the lowest, with five cases.

According to data released on the Tarassud Plus application, North Al Batinah Governorate recorded the highest death toll with 13 deaths while the governorates of Dhofar, South Al Batinah, North Al Sharqiyah, Al Buraimi, Al Wusta and Musandam Governorates recorded zero deaths.

The Ministry of Health announced there were 26 deaths on Wednesday, across these regions:


North Al Batinah Governorate:

Wilayat Al Suwaiq: 4

Wilayat Sohar: 2

Wilayat Saham: 2

Wilayat Al Khabourah: 1

Muscat Governorate:

Wilayat Seeb 5

Wilayat Bawshar 3

South Al Sharqiyah Governorate

Wilayat Jalan Bani Bu Ali 2

Dakhiliyah Governorate:
