His Majesty sends cable of congratulations to President of Iceland

Muscat: His Majesty sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency the President of the Republic of Iceland.

A statement issued online by the Foreign Ministry said: "His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Gudni Th Jóhannesson, President of the Republic of Iceland, on his country's National Day. In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan wished the president good health and happiness and the Icelandic people further progress and prosperity."
