Tanker collision injures one in Oman

Muscat: One person was injured due to the collision of a tanker transporting bitumen and heavy equipment in the Wilayat of Muttrah.

A statement issued online by the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA), said: "The authority's teams in Muscat Governorate responded to a report of petroleum substance leakage as a result of a collision of a tanker transporting bitumen and heavy equipment in the Wilayat of Muttrah, the teams were able to contain the leakage. The accident resulted in a moderate injury to one person, he was transferred to the hospital for treatment."
